Ordering and payment
You order with the button in the shop. You pay through Stripe, with iDEAL, a credit card or another payment method offered there. The price in the shop is what you pay: shipping within the Netherlands is included. Would you like a CD sent to an address outside the Netherlands? Email Jeff first to agree on the shipping costs.
Delivery
Jeff sends your order within a week. If that is ever not possible, he’ll let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge.
Cooling-off period: 14 days
You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let Jeff know by email within those 14 days; you can use the form below, but a normal message is fine too. Then send the CD back to the address at the top of this page within 14 days. You pay the cost of returning it.
Jeff refunds the full amount, including shipping, within 14 days of your message, using the payment method you paid with. He may wait until he has received the CD back, or until you show that you have sent it.

Damaged or faulty
Does the CD arrive damaged, or does it not play properly? Email Jeff and you’ll get a new one or your money back. Your statutory rights always apply.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, email Jeff. You’ll get an answer within 14 days.
Privacy
Orders. For an order Jeff needs your name, address and email address, to send you the CD and keep you informed. He uses them only for that, and shares them only with the carrier who delivers the parcel. Because they are part of his accounts, he keeps them for seven years, as the law requires.
Payments are handled by Stripe; Jeff does not see your payment details, such as your card number. See also Stripe’s privacy policy.
Email. If you email Jeff, he uses your address only to reply to you.
This website sets no cookies and does not track what you look at. Only Cloudflare, which hosts the site, sees your IP address, as every website needs to load its pages. The fonts also come from this site itself, not from another service. A YouTube video only loads when you press play, through youtube-nocookie.com; from then on YouTube’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights. You can always ask which details Jeff has about you, and have them corrected or deleted, as far as he is not required by law to keep them. Email him to do so. If you are not happy with how he handles your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
